Labs & Topologies
A collection of the labs and topologies I built while practicing for the CCNA. These were temporary lab setups, not production designs.
OSPF Lab
Section titled “OSPF Lab”Single-area OSPF practice in EVE-NG: building adjacencies, DR/BDR election, and path selection across a multi-router topology bridged to the physical switches.

OSPF topology used for adjacency, DR/BDR, and path-selection practice.
SNMP Server Lab
Section titled “SNMP Server Lab”SNMP monitoring of the physical Catalyst 2960 and a virtual IOSv router in EVE-NG using the iReasoning MIB Browser, with agents isolated in the management VLAN (102). SNMP v2c and v3 configured.
SNMP lab topology — server and monitored agents in the management VLAN.
Switching / VLAN Topology
Section titled “Switching / VLAN Topology”Multi-switch Layer 2 topology for VLAN, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing practice between the Catalyst 3560-CX and 2960.
VLAN/trunk topology across the physical switches.
The four lab PCs are VMs on the HP t740, each mapped to a physical network card bridged to the 3560-CX, so virtual hosts reach the physical switches over real cabling.
